1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it undergoes verification, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

If any item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll notify you promptly via email.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Fyronex partners with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order directly using that link or visit your Fyronex account dashboard for updates.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
Fyronex is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at infofyronex@gmail.com.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery at infofyronex@gmail.com.

  • We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Order Changes or Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
