At Fyronex, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds in a clear and fair manner.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Certain types of products such as perishable pet food, opened grooming products, or customized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return process, please email us at infofyronex@gmail.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Clear Photo of the Item (if damaged or incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item)
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us an email at infofyronex@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at infofyronex@gmail.com.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item and include:
- A clear photo of the product
- Order number
- Brief description of the issue
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund based on the situation.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used pet food and treats
- Grooming products that have been opened
- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards
8. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- In case of an approved exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item
