1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

4. Return Shipping

Fyronex LLC will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Once you receive the label, please securely package your item and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that no restocking fee will be applied to your return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@fyronex.com or +1 (716) 782-3454 within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damage or defect. We will work quickly to arrange a return or replacement for you at no additional cost.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, before it enters the processing phase. Our order processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

9. Shipping Information

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Method & Cost: We offer Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) free of charge for all orders within the United States.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
