2. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped from our US facility within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping Only Fyronex LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Times We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Return Window You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and undamaged.
  • In its original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear, damage not due to our error, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
